About the Artist

I work with my wife and sisters in a small ceramics company called All Fired Up! Ltd. We specialize in making decorative ceramic lightswitch plates. It is the nature of ceramics that a lot of stuff gets rejected for assorted flaws, etc and over the years we had accumulated a significant amount of these rejects. About ten years ago, I started breaking up these pieces and mosaicing assorted objects, pique-assiette style. I guess I had a knack for it since I'm still doing it after all this time. I sell my stuff primarily through galleries in the U.S. and retail at the One of a Kind Show in Toronto.
