About the Artist

Tanya MacFarlane started mosaicing as a hobby in 1996. A frustrated artist in a dot-comers body she created the idea of Mosaic Beach Studio & Gallery in 2002. While still a hobbiest herself with a prediliction for FUNctional art she has created an east-end mosaic haven with classes, space for local artists to display their work and a variety of mosaic materials to feed our addiction!
